Missing products from Flipkart order

I have purchased two product from flipkart but after delivery product were missing .Only accessories are available in it.seal was also broken.when we talk about it from flipkart they freezes my account and cancel my request.my mi band order id is OD110879752572616000 .please help me. Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails. However, the ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration and the customer was told that the refund would be soon.
