Complaint against Agarwal Packers for damage to car

Received damaged Car from Agarwal Packers and movers ltd but they deny for claim. I book a I20 car from Banglore to Mirzapur on 17-niv-2017 but they delivered me as a damaged condition, they collect us courier charges as well as insurance charges but they deny for repairing, pls suggest

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails. However, the ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration and the customer was told that the refund would be soon.
