I have purchase an online deal from shopping sasta online. The site claims that the order contains a combo of branded power bank of 25000mah , branded earphones and Branded memory card of 64gb along with a free gift of Fidget spinner.
I placed the order on 25th July 2017 and the worth of the order is 899+150(shipping charge)=1049.
The order came to me on 31st July and when I opened the package , the products were completely opposite of what was described to me over the portal.The packet contained only 3 products and then the products were of cheap quality and were completely fake . The operators claim that there is a return policy that you can return the product within 7 days of your purchase with no questions being asked . Upon trying for processing the return I found that the number that they provided is fake too and doesn’t connect anytime. Barring that i also tried placing complaint on their registered email id which they provided on their website. I didn’t receive any response on the same too.
All these things are just a plot to move away from the claim. It’s like don’t respond to the consumer within 7 days and then you will be out from the legal process easily because the words described that and then they can’t come in the frame. Please look at the issue and do the needful.
