No action is taken despite repeated calls and promptly comes for payment on the 1st of the month. If payment is held back saying that payment will be made on rectification of problems the connection is promptly disabled. Sports channels are also whimsically switched on and switched off. He is also very rude to very senior citizens residing in my house when calls are made to report problems. The service provider is Vision Tele and they provide the services for Siticable
