Complaint against Zookr for delivering local watch

I had purchase smart watch of Mi band-2 from zookr online site. But they given me a local watch which price is 200 is enough. I request to him for return the product and get back my money in same account but they are not respond. So I kindly request to you please take a right action for this froud. Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-.
