I am writing to this mail to inform you that on 13/05/2017 at around 5.30 pm i tired to withdraw money from AXIS Bank ATM hathras (U.P).I was unable to withdraw amount of INR 10000 the money did not came from ATM machin because Suddenly ATM electricity went off , but money was debited from my account. There was no guard present in the ATM so i waited for another 30 minutes at the ATM if any guard comes, then i called to customer care of kotek bank and told them about the situation. Kotak bank customer care assured me that thet will contect as AXIS bank and money will be sent back to my account whintin 7 days. When i did not received any money after 7 days i called back kotak care to take update on the issue sadly i told me they can do nothing about it becasue the Axis bank refused to accept my application for money reversal.
INR 10,000 is not less amount we earn INR 10,000 after working hard. I would like to understand why i am being treated like this and my matter is not taken seriously ? I need that money.
I Request to you please consider my complaint and do needful asap as this sudden loss of money has created unnesscesary debts on me.
