Complaint regarding claim denial by Bharti Axa

My wife purchased a health insurance policy for her mother from Bharti Axa in Sep 2016. At the time of purchase of the policy, it was mentioned to the sales person that my mother in law was diabetic and the sales person asked for recent sugar test report for the same. I emailed him the report and then the policy was issued.

On Aug 24, 2017, my mother in law was hospitalized at Sri Ranga Hospital, Chennai and a cashless claim was filed. This claim was honored by Bharti Axa after several follow ups. However, on Aug 29, 2017, my mother in law was admitted again at Sri Ranga Hospital, Chennai for an illness and the doctor recommended that a surgery has to be performed to remove the gall bladder. When a cashless claim was filed with Bharti Axa, they declined it quoting that the patient being diabetic was not disclosed at the time of the policy. We had to pay the entire hospitalization cost (approx Rs 60, 000) because of this. I registered a complaint with them and submitted to them all the email conversation I had with their sales person (which had clear proof that the sugar test reports were submitted at the time of purchase of policy). I have sent several emails to Bharti Axa requesting for status of this complaint but I haven’t received a satisfactory response so far. Please help me in getting the hospitalization cost reimbursed by Bharti Axa. I couldn’t attach more than 1 file, hence I have attached one set of email conversations with Bharti Axa here.
