I on behalf of all residents of my society had made a contract with Otis Elevators Company and Shri Elakshi Infra Developers on date 24-01-2017 for a 12 Months free service warranty covering all the parts of the lift, with a certain clause to it. The Developers had made a contract of Rs 900000 ( 9 Lakh ) with Otis Elevator Company ( India ) Ltd on dated 31-01-2017 to 31-01-2018.. I am trying to contact them for lift service as it is not working, after long one engineer came and after inspection he is demanding 1.5 Lakh Rs as a maintenance charges, although we are still in Contract with the Company and they are liable to provide us free service with complete warranty for all parts.
Pls help us out by taking Action on it, as already it’s more than a month I am trying to chase them but not getting a favourable response from them.
