Complaint regarding delay in mediclaim settlement

I had undergone bypass surgery on 7th June 2016 at Jaslok Hospital and filed my insurance claim within a week after discharge with TPA Dedicated Health Services. They had sent me query mail to which I had replied and submitted all the required documents. Since then I have been following up with them for releasing my mediclaim. But they continue to send the same query mails again and again. My mediclaim is with The National Insurance Company Limited and TPA is Dedicated Health Services.

Now even after four months I have not received my mediclaim although the insurance company has increased my mediclaim premium for 2016-17 by whopping 33 per cent.

I request you to help me in this matter.
