Complaint regarding delivery of product by Flipkart

I had ordered one mobile phone – Asus ZenFone Lite L1 (Black, 16GB) on 1st, November 2018. The delivery date as promised by Flipkart was 3rd of November 2018. I had done full payment of my product with my credit card. The products are not yet delivered still but reflecting on their website as delivered. I got a fake delivery confirmation over email. I would have made more than 50 calls to Flipkart so far but the customer service is pathetic. On 1st f November, I was informed that the item has been shipped and on 2nd of November 2018 I received a message that the item was out for delivery and delivered by an EKART service partner but I didn’t receive my item again I made a call to Flipkart regarding the issue they have informed me that I will be going to get it by 3rd of November before 7:00 PM IST again I didn’t receive the item. but I got the fake delivery confirmation over mail that the item has delivered. when I didn’t receive the order I escalated the issue minute after receiving the fake mail. They just assured me they will look into this matter & I get an auto-generated mail mentioning that the issue will now be resolved till 8th of November 2018.
I am deeply disappointed with the way Flipkart has manage this order and been through mental trauma due to the several follow-ups i have done with no result.
