My order was despatched by a firm name Vincero on 5th October 2017. The Tracking link has been dead from 9th October. 18 days since my order was despatched, it still has not reached its destination.

Please note that this was a re-shipment of the first order which had the same issue (and is still not delivered)(Original Tracking ID: UA642126082US)

We have no way to raise a claim at Vincero as the product is not returned to them and USPS is not reverting back to customer queries.

P.S.: The Order has already been paid.
