Complaint regarding non-delivery by Flipkart

We ordered two of the same items from Flipkart and received only one. We got to know that one of the products was missing after opening the packaging. We called Flipkart to register a complaint and they asked us whether we wanted the missing item or the refund and we mentioned that we wanted the replacement. They said they would resolve it by 27th of March,2018. Iadter a few days of registering the complaint, I got an automatic message stating that the dealer had rejected the request. I immediately called them back and they said that it is with the concerned team and that it would be resolved by 27th. After 27th I called them back and they said that the dealer had rejected the request. I mentioned clearly that I was able to see that and had already called a few times and was assured it would be resolved. I asked to speak to a senior and they put my call on hold a few times, then said that the seniors were busy. They requested for 48 hours to resolve the issue but I haven’t received any communication from them and have been waiting beyond the time period
