Cancellation of order on the pretext of a lie. Value: Agonising experience with Big Basket
I ordered Pilsbury Gold Atta 4 packets of 5 kg each yesterday on 15 April2024 vide order confirmation number. But I was sent wrong order of Pilsbury Mulli Grain Atta which I refused to take. Then my order was canceled without my consent saying that I requested to cancel it. Kindly see that I never canceled my order. Big Basket had supplied the wrong order of Pilsbury Mukti Grain Atta instead of Pilsbury Gold Atta’s order.
This is very wrong way of cancelling my order.
