This is regarding LG refrigerator model no LG-SBS-655L purchased on 30th March 2024 from Reliance Digital Airia Mall, Sohna Road, Gurgaon . We received a damaged piece with multiple dents on both front doors and damage on back side as well. Even after complaining so many times no response from store side. I visited store 3 times and no reply. Each time I visited the store neither store manager nor cluster manager was available there. Every time I heard they are not in store. Even I did not get even a single call from store manager or cluster head to discuss and resolve the issue.
I was getting same fridge from Vijay sales at 61K but I got a call from Reliance Digital store Airia Mall, Sohna Road, Gurgaon. I visited the store on 30 th March 2024 as I had purchased lot many stuff from Reliance earlier and had good faith in Reliance. I selected LG-SBS-655L there in store. But after this , it was nightmare for me.
Here, I do not want amount to be refunded .Rather I need my product in good condition.
I have been harassed by the team who just coming to office just to do time pass and makes non-sense call to customer. Here, it is my humble request to deliver me a fridge in good condition without charging any additional amount as there is no fault from my side.
Other wise, only thing that rests is to go to consumer court where I will drag all these fellow
