I sent a parcel from Madhur courier’s Indrapuri office, Bhopal on 28th Feb 2018 addressd to NH-17B bypass road, zuarinagar, Sancoale, goa 403726 and was promised that it would get delivered by 5th of march certainly. The negotiations happened over call but It was a pick up service so he did not give me any tracking id then and said he would provide me with the necessary details on watsapp which he didnt. the parcel has not been delivered till date(13th march 2018). I have been calling them daily since 5th march, to get whereabouts of my parcel, to no proper response. To no exaggeration i have even called them 20 to 25 times a day where they would just neglect my requests of providing me with any details atall. I told him that if he keeps on neglecting then i would put up a complaint against his unprofessional negligence, to which he said i may do so.
On 9th march he watsapped me with a pod no. 1341667082 which was to be tracked on trakon courier services….i tried tracking but it would show consignment no. not found….He said it would reach by monday and got delayed due to “unmentioned” holidays. Monday was yesterday….i called him and he said it has reached but it did not. This is so dissappointing behaviour. I feel so unattended and cheated. Their ways have left me completely helpless. Not even their customercare numbers are active for any assistance. And the employees are so rude and unprofessional, paying no heed to their customer’s problem. Please look into the matter and kindly take needful actions against them.
