Complaint regarding non-delivery by Overnite Couriers

Undelivered X-RAY. This is to inform you that, my hand sergery done and i have sent my X-RAY for check & further prescription. But the x-ray i have sent through OVERNITE COURIER on 26th april-018, till date not delivered(9 days). their customer executive Dxxxxxxer kxxxxxxr not conformed. Kindly do the needful.

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails. However, the ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration and the customer was told that the refund would be soon.
