This is to bring to your notice that I ordered a mobile phone amount rupees 5725 ,date of order was 8th of October 2017. The phone was not working properly hence I applied for return and refund on date 15th October 2017.
The phone has reached the seller and my refund is still pending. I was told that to give my bank account number and other details and I did the same but still I haven’t received any refund. I emailed the same 8 times and 14 calls
No revert and finally no refund. Request to refund my money on priority basis.
