Complaint regarding refund from Myntra

From the past 3 months I am coordinating with Myntra and SBI Supervisor, but nobody is really helping me. I have all the proofs that the the amount (5162.05) of some of the products from two order Ids have not been refunded. I have already raised the complaint to SBI and myntra more 3 times.

please resolve the issue asap.

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails. Refund from Travolook – Rs.4,931/-: Mr. Alpeshkumar Gohil of Nani Rajasthali, Gujarat 364270 booked flight tickets on portal Travolook on 23-03-3021. However, the ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration and the customer was told that the refund would be soon.
