Sir i have two complains against Shopclues.com for Refund Rejection (1) I order one cargo pant for 34 size of Rs 999 but it doesn’t fit to me so i make a replacement order for 36 size but the don’t make any replacement nor make any refund. (2) I have order one belt for Rs 400 but it was not as it show in the picture of the product so i make refund order but they rejected it. Sir it was not the first time they cheat me on return. Whenever I make any return or replacement order they make some excuse for cancel my refund and the last thing is when i call there customer service number some cheap person receive the call and directly say they don’t refund my money because there merchant have send the same product which i order. Sir please help me for refund. Thank you.
