I made Complain via service request no. 245859741 on dated 12/05/2016. I got reply that your problem will be solved within 2 Days. After 13/05/2016 I was daily contacting to customer care as service was not providing to me.
On 17/05/2012 I received a message that “Your problem has been solved and your service request has been closed .” while my problem was not solved, I again contact to customer care about the matter, I informed that Due to non reachable of your contact no. Your service request has been closed. While during this period I was daily contacting to customer care with same contact no. I told him to make another complain for the same matter , but they refused to take complain and given argue that “there is insufficient balance in your account, without sufficient balance we can not take your complain.
After that i recharge my account and re-complain for the same problem via service request no. 247114648 on dated 22/06/2016, i again informed that your problem will be solved within 2 days.
On 24/06/2016 I received a message that ” your problem has been solved, you are charged Rs. 175 for the service and your service request has been closed. While my problem was still not solved. When I contact to customer care they said to make another complain.
I made another complain via service request no 247225647 on dated 25/06/2016 ,again given 2 days to solve my problem. After 26/06/2016 I am in daily contact with customer care to till date, but my problem is still not solved.
I have been mail(email id customercare[@]reliancedigitaltv.com) 2-3 times , but no reply given.
Since my first complain they are deducting daily rental from my account, during the period i contact at least 30-40 times to solve my problem, but no buddy visit my home to solve problem.
During contact of customer care ,they gave me different information at different days.
