I had purchased Videocon LED TV on 24 July 2016 with 3 years warranty from Aditya Vision Kankarbagh Patna. From second week of may I am facing some problems of picture quality in my TV set after that I had tried my best to contact customer care on 061239404040 but I fail to contact them. On 19 May I had sent a mail on customercare[@]vgmail.in but unluckily I had not get any reply from them. On next day 20 May my call was received by a gentleman by very ruf language (like jaldi jaldi boliye) I logged my complain with complain number PAT2005180005. On 21 may engineer came to my house checked the TV set and told that pannel of this tv set has to be change and demanding ?590 as service charge which is given by my mother and he told after one week pannel will be repaired. After one week I had called them then they give me another one week time. Just like that every time they are giving me one week and 10 days time. I had warned them to meet at consumer forum but their reply is very casual (like jaha jana h jaiye). After so many times I am calling customer care on 061239404040 but through my number always getting engage. I had set another mail on 3 June but not get any reply till now.
Sir kindly take this matter seriously and take necessary action as soon as possible
