Complaint regarding transfer of money in Mobikwik wallet

I got an amount recieved in my previous no.profile of mobikwik wallet i put that sim on and transfer that amount 5250rs in my new no.profile wallet of mobikwik got msg of transaction but not recieved any money plus have been intimated same to the help forum of mobikwik app there was no response so far. Such big app doesnot have any customer support no contact no.is working given over google for help.
