I am using vodafone services, I changed my monthly rental plan in march2017 but vodafone only discontinued my voice plan not the data plan & charges are adding up on continuous basis in my new plan. I raised this issue many times via phone to the customer care but not able to see any good response.
They are saying that during the deactivation of plan they only deactivate the voice plan not the data plan but my concern is no one share the same thing with me than how would i know? It’s quite obvious when i am raising the deactivation request it’s for the whole plan, even they didn’t ask or share regarding the same.
I am disappointed with the calling again & again to customer care. I want that vodafone wave off the charges from march17.
