I bought a Black and Decker SC350 Chopper from flipkart on 8th December, when i received the product, I opened it & plug in, I found that the Item is not working at all, I raised a request for replacement, but they cancel the request, I again raised the request then again cancel the request & now they are saying that they cannot replace or refund as per their policy.
I want to file a complaint against them to take strict action.
