I have purchased an iphone 6 in Flipkart which was delivered to me on 16th September. When i checked the phone it was defective piece as the touch panel is not working at all.
I have raised a complaint to the flipkart on the same day and requested to change my phone or collect back the phone and refund my money. The flipkart offered a 10 day replacement guarantee while purchasing but now they are saying to contact the authorised dealer which was unfare.
