I have Purchased one laptop from flipkart. The same was delivered to me by flipkart in faulty condition. When I complaint to flipkart they said that they will arrange a engineer visit to rectify the problem and if the problem is not rectfied then they will replace the product. its now 10 days passed neither their engineer visited us nor any replacement. When i called flipkart to address this issue they says they will definitely send somebody.
When I asked them to return the product the refused saying it is not their policy to return the product. I feel Flipkart is actually selling faulty products on lower prices to attract the market. Their product lacks the genuineness. once they receive the money the customer is in their trap. Now the customer has to run to service centers to get it repaired. else the money is gone.
