I orderd a mobile phone LENOVO Z1221-64GB Space Grey from Snapdeal.com and the item is not in good condition.
We are not satisfied with delivered item . it has too many scratches at back pannel and too many scratches on its accessories but snapdeal said that item is in good condition thats why i ordered for this mobile phone. I have also registered a return or replacement complaint to snapdeal.com on 1 september 2017. They give me time of 6-7 days but this is 21th day they call us only one time and they said that your item can not be replaced or returned. So,Sir please do me a favour.I am a farmer and my economic conditions are not good .
