DHFL Sec 2 noida branch employees behavioural issues

I have taken the loan from DHFL. I went to the sec 2 noida branch 10 days ago for my top up loan. So i met with sales manager Sxxxxn Mxxxxxa and his executive Axxxxxt Gxxxxxxa. They both were shouting on me and said you will not get any top up loan i dont care if you will send email to our CEO or MD. So i sent an email to CEO and nodalofficer asking to take action against these kind of cheap employees. But till date i did not received any response from the company on my complaint against the sales manager and sales executive of sector 2 Noida branch.

I spoke to customer care several times to get the status, however as they are the part of oragnization, they are also taking no action.

Nobody is interested in customer’s complaint and pretend to have good rapport in the market.

This time i will go to media or consumer court for my issue. I am eligible candidate, however just because of behavioral issues of few people I am suffering and these people are living calmly. I will not let them do this with me and other customers.
