I have bought My A/c HITACHI 318IWD/1.5 TON SPLIT A/C last year dated 03/04/2017 from GREAT EASTERN. After installation on 1st service I came to know that the dirt box was missing by the servicing person fron HITACHI , he ensures us that we will receive dirt box in few days… After few days we had some water leaking issue again then we asked about the dirt box he ensure us the same… From then every body misguided us and no one helped us for my issues. And now they are saying that we should complained for this on very first day.. now please tell me how could we know the procedure of HITACHI if not even the company personal can guided us correctly they r now asking for money for the the dirt box… Please help me and solve my problem ASAP… Thanks
