Document not delivered by Trackon couriers

A document was couriered from Faridabad thru Trackon Couriers vide AWB No. 1337758778. Website status is showing as delivered on 29/11/2017 itself while it is not delivered as of now on date 1/12/2017. Nobody from company is giving any satisfactory reply. They are not giving any senior’s Nos. also. Docket contains a very important document.This company is highly unprofessional.

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails.
