My complaint is against ICICI Bank. My account is with Bhawnipore Branch in Kolkata. My complaint is with the credit card department.

In the bill for the month of May-June 2017 falling due on 11th July 2017, I’ve seen that the interest amount charged on me bill is more than what according to ICICI Bank credit card department claims. For the previous month my bill was Rs. 31578.26, but due to some problem I was unable to pay the full amount and paid Rs 26000 & one refund of Rs. 2308 came to my account. This is left the due of Rs. 3270.26 and they charged the interest of Rs. 1502.23 + 15% of service tax as usual. When I called to the customer care they said that bank will charge the interest @ 3.4% per month on the due amount.
Now when I’m asking the bank to reverse the interest charge and service tax amount they are saying it has been charged and will not get it reversed.

Secondly, bank provide a 2.5% of cashback on fuel purchase at HPCL outlet on my card, but they had not given the cashback of fuel purchased during this period from HPCL outlets and also the surcharge waiver of fuel purchases.

Thirdly, I made the payment of Rs 28170 for the bill this time of Rs. 28166 but after the payment made and i received confirmation SMS and e mail from bank for receiveng the payment the bank has also auto debited the amount of Rs. 3246.70 and saying that you have opted for auto debited. Before this time they had never auto debited the amount if I paid the amount but this time they had deducted. Now I’m asking for the refund of extra amount debited with the proper interest as this is the fault from bank side not from my side. If I make a fault the bank will charge me with loads of interest and now it is the banks fault and they have to pay me the interest.

Now I request to get me back the all due amounts mentioned above with the harassment penalty.
