Fake sale offers from key4deal

I recieved a call yesterday and was asked to shop anythng costing 2k , i did it without thinking it may b fake .. Then they said i hav selected for 2nd prize that is a pulsar RS200cc bike .. They told me to pay 16,750rs as gst ..
Later i called them back and said to cancel my order.. They said me that they wil call me tomorrow .. I dont know about the refund? Please guide me how to solve this issue

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails.
