In previous flipkart sell i brought a mobile phone in exchange offer. I placed order and paid difference amount via credit card. Flipkart provided me delivery date 10th oct, On 9th oct, flipkart delivery person came to me for delivering my mobile and pickup my old mobile.
Before delivering new mobile he checked old 1 for any kind of damage. After inspection he denide to take old mobile and went back without delivering.
He gave me reason one ussd code *#07# code is not working thats why your old phone is not genuine product. Then i checked my other mobile that code is working then i check my brother’s mobile which was purchased from flipkart. In that mobile that code won’t work. It means flipkart is also selling duplicate product. I told to flipkart about it they told me we will contact you back and deliver your product. I am still waiting for it i call many times to costumer care they just tell me our executive will contact you soon. Buy i am not getting any kind of update or ans. From them
