On 5th april 2018 around 7:00 pm i enquired about a mobile phone on instagram to a seller whose page name is all_types_of_mobiles . around 8:00 pm he gave me all the details related to the mobile that is mi redmi note 5 pro 64 gb 6 gb varient for 8000 Rupee’s. so i asked about is it used as i was having doubt about it so he said that its an original seal box piece with one year warranty and a bill with it from mi company. so i placed the order of that mobile. he said me to give me advance of Rupee’s 4000 . so i payed in his bank account naming mxxxxt kxxxxxr . after getting the payment he called me and said that your order has been placed and dispatched you will get your mobile till tomorrow evening.
next day as i was not able to attend the call i didn’t picked up the call of the delivery boy (as per his saying) so latter i called that boy(deliveryboy) he said pay the rest of the money and your order will be delivered at your home as cod is not available…as per his saying i payed him the rest 4000 rupees on mxxxxt kxxxxr account. after that he said that your order will be delived by 5:00 pm today. but i didn’t received the mobile . so i called mxxxxt and the other guy who was supposed to dwliver that good. but they were not receiving the call nor they were replying on my messages on instagram. next day i.e saturday (7th april 2018) around 12 noon when i called mxxxxxxt he said that he was not able to make delivery as they were selling mobile in pair of 2 mobiles which he didn’t mentioned while taking the order. and started influencing me to buy iphone insted of that.as i was not intrasted i asked foe refund .so he said that ok your refund will be done today. so igave all my bank details. but i didn’t received any refund . on calling he was receiving the calls . on 8th april 2018 when i called him in morning to ask about the payment he said as the banks are closed you will get your payment on monday. buy still no respose. and on monday (today) when i am calling him he is not responding to my calls.
plzz help me with my refund i am very upset buy this . as its 8000 Rupee’s . and a fake seller.
