Jio out going call is barred

I recharged my jio no 8xxxxxxxxxxx3. on 31oct 2017 with Rs 459. In this plan i should get unlimited voice call for 84 days & others. But my outgoing call is barred on 6th jan 2018 but according to the plan i can make outgoing call till 23th jan 2018.

When i asked to jio care they told me that outgoing call is barred for misuse.

They advice to recharege again. They refused to unbarred out going call .

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails.
