From September 2013, My bike have the following problems, 1. Vibration Problem (48-58 km speed), 2. Millage comes 47 – 50 km only per litter ( Company recommend 80 km) , 3. Clutch problem after changing clutch set.
South customer service Head & Territory Manager also known about my problems. For the past 3.5 years 4 territory managers involved in my problems, but no one solve the problems. All are saying come again, Come again for repair work. Nearly 50 – 60 times i am visited the service center for repair work. But no use. I need an immediate refund of Money. Because Only one service center in Coimbatore district , Spares are not available in automobile shops for emergency repair work, In service center they are taking 3 days time for general service.
I need the final solution of Money Refund, further no energy to visit the service centers. Take immediate action regarding this issue.
