Request you that i have tata aig dual claim fix benifit policy which running continues approximate five years. I was admited in R.k hospital faridabad for fever sweating and ghabharat dated 30/06/2017 to 06/07/2017 my clam was cashlessed from hdfc ergo general insurance company after discharge from hospital i submitted all doucments via courior to e -mediek tpa gurgoan after this tpa raised three times quiery which reply given my self timely and lastly tpa repuited my claim dated 2-3 august given reason that your reply not recieved under 30 days it was not right reason for reputed my claim rejection letter also attahed. So i request you please settle my claim as soon as possible. Thanks
