No refund from VMC Vihang

I had invested in VMC Vihang by getting 10 plots but after waiting for almost 19 months when they were delaying in give the NA and possession I opted to get my refund. In the last 2 years they have only paid me 10,000 out of my outstanding balance of 2,70,520.
Kindly assist me by getting my refund. it seems 1000s of customers are effected with this fraud and nothing is being done.

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails. However, the ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration and the customer was told that the refund would be soon.
