Non Ddelivery of my parcel by Akash Ganga Courier

Hi My parcel was sent from Surat at 11th Aug 2017. I kept on inquiring with the courier agency and it was informed that the parcel will be delivered on 18th Aug 2017. However when I called them on 22nd Aug they said it is undeliverable. For a period of 11days no one contacted me and i kept on calling them. They didnt pick my calls too.
Now it has been returned back to Surat. Akash ganga waybill number 261103775
