I had placed an online purchase order after making online payment of Rs. 379/= for Yepme Black Premium Loafers shoes. They sent me the order detail with confirm order ID number 33907318 date 06.10.17 and expected delivery date 11.10.17 but it has no been delivered till date. At the time of online tracking my order, i found that they dispatched my consignment with Courier Name-Gati and Tracking Number 575465519 but suddenly after passing the delivery date they showed that the order has been rejected. since then regularly i am making phone to their customer representative but they are not picking phone neither there is any option to make online complain of this rejected order at their web site www.yepme.com. Please help me in this regard and arrange to reimburse Rs.2500/= for mental harassment. This product was to be utilized on an occasion but due to their unresponsiveness it destroyed my complete mood.
