Non-delivery of PAN card by First Flight

First flight courier poor service in Patna. Value: Document by Govt. of India. My PAN card & my mother’s PAN card has reached Patna and we need it urgently. But no body is bother to deliver it at my location. Even we don’t know where it is (which branch) so that I can collect it myself. PAN is a valuable Indian document.

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails. However, the ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration and the customer was told that the refund would be soon.
