I had purchased 2 gift cards to be mailed to my cousins lucia sutari and sherwin sutari of Rs 1000 &Rs 500 on 7/02/2018 and the amt has been debited to my credit card – i had received a mail to that effect from flipkart that the pins for the cards have been forwarded to the email of the recipient.
As the recipient had come to my house on 23/02/2018 to inform me that she has not received any email for the same , I took up the matter with flipkart on their help line 18002089898 and was informed that the matter would be resolved by 3 p.m on 24th feb 2018 i then spoke to the floor supervisor and asked why i should have to be penalised that i cannot place the order immediately as my credit card was debited 15 days ago as they could not give me any explanation i decided to wait till 24th. However till 25th afternoon i rang the helpline again as neither the details of the gift card were supplied nor did i get any email. I view of the above i kindly request you to take up the matter on my behalf for this downright cheating and all we get is stereotype replies from the call centre without any solution to the problem
