I had tried to recharge my Dish TV on 11/06/2018 at around 9.18PM vide Amazon and accordingly made the payment but yet the status is pending. Confirming with Dish TV customer care I was told to contact the Amazon as the former didn’t the payment and hence the recharge is not updated. I had contacted the Amazon four times on 12/06/2018 asking the transaction details and to cancel the order/recharge as it is not completed. But they had cheated me everytime and didn’t response nor refunded the amount. Please suggest in this regard.
