Refund not received from Redmi Store

I had purchased a Red mi note 4 by online (Redmi store) and cancel my order on 29th Sep 17. Today is 6th Oct 17. several times call on Mi help desk but still I don’t get my refund amount.
today when I call they provide me a case id and assured me that I received call on Monday (9th Oct 17) for the information only not for refund ? Please help me to get my reversal early.

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails.
