I purchased a hp bu006tu from paytm mall on date 27th jan 2018 but when i received this laptop laptop battery is not working good nd also extra number key on right side of keyboard is not available so i request from paytm to replace this other model or refund my money but they replace order this same model my problem is still there i feed this model is not usefull for me and paytm also not show full. pics and full description like keyboard information battery power of this product .i request from paytm just replace with another model of hp either refund my money but make me fool and cancel my request .i need refund my money paytm cheat me with hide full discription of this product
