I have booked a consignment containing important documents along with DD of INR 1550 to be sent to Sikkim Manipal University, Directorate of Distance Education, Gangtok, Sikkim, on 20th April 2017. Today is 10th of May 2017 and I have no update on its delivery status. I have been following up with the First Flight courier company tracking my consignment since last 10 days, and till now nobody is aware of where exactly is my parcel is. These irresponsible company has no professional staff allover and are behaving rudely when contacted or simply disconnecting the phone or not attending at all. These guys are just blaming each other but not trying to resolve my issue. I request you to take strict action against these pathetic and unprofessional First Fight courier company and at least return my parcel so that I can apply thru some other Courier company, as this is an important document regarding my certificates.
