I booked a return ticket in goibibo.PNR Number: YLY8E. I underwent an emergency surgery after arriving India and submitted all medical documents to goibibo for rescheduling or cancellation of ticket without penalties.
I am in continuous contact daily for 4 days to know Refund or rescheduling charges.
On day 1 I interacted with one executive and he mentioned Jan 13 th rescheduling charges are above 50 thousand where as its actually 13000+ 900 DKK at that movement. He misleaded and gave complete wrong information. So I havenot look for reschduling. I asked for refund and for 4 continuous days they havenot responded.
On Day 4 interacted with one floor manager where he said rescheduling charges for 13th Jan inclusive of all is 40K. Becuase of misleading communication fare diff increased from 13k to 34K and finally end of not bearing reschuling charges.
Now they are saying refund will be zero even after cancelling the ticket.
Its pure negligance from GOIBIBO management and they helped me nothing also everytime I exp airline fare diff quoted by airIndia is way cheaper than Goibibo.These people looted me and wasted my return journey.
Please help me to get my refund or componsation in terms of Gocash+ for their irresposible customer support.
