On 13th September I have ordered one Bluetooth headset from snapdeal of the amount of 2199 /- and same has been received on 18th September and subsequently I checked the product but I realise that product is not meeting up with my expectations in terms of size and the quality provided in offer price, hence I boxed the product and initiated for refund, on 22nd September field executive checked and received the item.
Then I c tried calling to customer Care number but couldn’t connect several time, thus I also keep contacting snapdeal team through email address but they are just forcing me to get back the products saying return product got failed in our quality checks, whereas I simply checked the product once and returned back as it is.
