Regarding return of product to Snapdeal

I have ordered a product on snapdeal 15thfeb of Rs 4150/-, and the product was delivered on 20th feb 2018 as i opened the product it was not satisfied me so i request for the returned and refund but till now i dont get any feedback and solution to my problem. kindly look forward this.
