I run a dental clinic in Ameerpet. I applied for a pan card for the change of address and today I received a call from velix courier service agent and and informed him am not at home and requested him to handover it to my watchman which he agreed in the beginning n gave him my address, after reaching home he started speaking rudely and said he will give only to me and till evening he harassed me that he will return my pan card n told me to apply for it again..so I request the authorities to pls look into the problem and take necessary action on dat agent.he dint give me any of his details n I jus hav his number 7xxxxxxxxx4/ 7xxxxxxxx4
